Every year, over 1 crore weddings take place in India. According to NFHS‑5, more than 70% of couples do not get any health or genetic screening before marriage.
Without testing, many suffer from serious genetic disorders, infertility challenges, thalassemia or life‑long diseases after marriage — often when prevention is no longer possible. The heartbreak, unwanted medical expenses that even health insurance can't cover, and lifelong suffering fall on families.

Honest Pre-Marital Health Awareness Programs
We conduct community-based education campaigns, info sessions, and print outreach to inform couples and families about:
- Why health checks before marriage matter?
- Common risks in India: Thalassemia, sickle cell, fertility issues
- How to act early without fear or shame
Early pilot sessions saw 3 out of 5 families admit they wished they had learned this earlier.
Goal: Reach spread pre-marital health awareness to 1 crore families by 2026.
Youth & School Pre-marriage Health Awareness Sessions
Most young people leave school completely unaware of genetic health risks. We change that with engaging, story-led sessions designed to connect, not lecture. We speak to:
- Class 11–12 students
- College youth
- Young professionals planning marriage
Led by trusted experts: Doctors, genetic counsellors, and clinical psychologists design every session.
Rural & Tribal Genetic Screening Drives
In India’s tribal belts, genetic disorders quietly affect generation after generation. Awareness is almost zero.
We bring free screening, local-language education, and on-the-spot counseling for:
- Sickle Cell
- Thalassemia
- G6PD deficiency

Thanks to CSR partners and donors. Through our CSR partners and donor networks, we set up free genetic and lifestyle screening camps across India.
We will bring accessible testing to the people who need it most:
- Hemoglobin electrophoresis
- G6PD testing
- Basic fertility checks
- Confidential counseling
